Can I come see you and speak to someone?
Yes! We have a physical premises, which is open Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. You are more then welcome to come visit and discuss any requirements.

Where are you based?
Our address is The Stitch Lab, Unit 3 The Old Blacksmiths Yard, Newnham Lane, Burwell, Cambridgeshire, CB25 0AE. There is free parking available. For more information click here.

What is your return policy?
We work closely with you to supply the right garment to suit the style and budget required. Unfortunately, once customised (embroidered or printed) we are unable to refund or exchange unless there is a manufacturing fault.

Can you print or embroider onto clothing purchased elsewhere?
Yes! You can provide your own garments for customisation. However, please be aware that will not be held liable for accidental damage occurred to provided garments. Please email the enquiry through to [email protected] with the number of garments, any logos you need customising and we will come back with a quotation.

Is there a minimum order?
No, we do not have a minimum order for standard garments.

Is there a set up fee?
Depending on the logos provided there may or may not be a set up fee. Please email what you have to [email protected] and we can advise accordingly.

Do you provide sizing samples?
We are able to provide detailed size guides for all our garments, however, we understand that you obtaining the right fit and size is important so can provide physical sizes to try before making a final purchases. Size samples are often chargeable and can be returned, however, may incur a restocking fee.

 

What are your prices?
We provide a wide range of garments to suit all styles and budgets from a range of different brands. Prices can vary depending on how much customisation you have and we offer discounts for bulk ordering.
